All Canis Learning Systems programs are available with turnkey faculty support. We are able and willing to provide online faculty members on a fee-per-student basis.

The Process
Turnkey faculty support means that your students interact with Canis Learning Systems faculty members exactly as they do with your on-staff instructors. Your outsource faculty will use your learning management system and your communication methods
The process is transparent for your students. For all intents and purposes, your outsource faculty will serve in the exact capacity that an adjunct instructor would, if you were hiring in-house.
Accountability
We expect to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity and accountability to accreditors, state and federal regulators, and others as needed.
Faculty are recruited, chosen, and deployed to comply with the standards established by your convening accreditation agency.
Faculty files are provided to your academic shop, including originals of all items commonly associated with faculty deployment:
- Resume/Vitae
- Verification of employment eligibility
- Transcripts of all earned degrees
- Course approval forms
- Evaluation results
Training
Faculty members, in addition to their subject area expertise, normally possess extensive experience teaching in the online environment.
They are also trained to operate your learning management system (LMS) for delivery, evaluation, and administrative procedures.
They are trained to develop and deploy object-based courses that lend themselves to assessment and derive data for accreditation purposes.
Evaluation
Faculty are evaluated using your instruments and standards. They are retained and deployed at Canis Learning Systems’ sole discretion and we remain accountable to you.
