Program Characteristics
The Real Estate-Focused MBA program is a graduate-level curriculum in business management developed around the real estate industry. The program is designed for real estate professionals who wish to deepen their knowledge and skills in high-level business practices with an emphasis on the real estate environment.
License Integration
The Real Estate-Focused MBA program integrates industry-standard licenses by awarding 12 automatic credits to learners who possess a current, valid real estate license.
Real estate professionals and other learners who do not hold a current, valid license may complete the program. They will need to either earn a license or take the 12 additional credit hours, including a thesis-level professional project.
Course substitutions may also be made for appropriate continuing education and training courses that match program objectives. Substitutions made on a case-by-case basis.
Course Applications
Each course features elements (case studies, discussion questions, problems, reading assignments) that examine high-level management theory and practice for the real estate industry. Industry publications, industry-focused textbooks, and industry research journals are used as course text and learning resource materials.
Program Structure
The Real Estate-Focused MBA consists of 10 graduate-level 3-credit courses. Combined with the credit award for a current, valid license, it comprises a 42 credit MBA.
